I’ve known Paco for years as a friend. On the back of my mind, I knew I would use him someday if I decide to sell my house because he seemed knowledgeable in his field of work. I was pleased with the outcome. Paco sold my house in an efficient time frame. He kept me up to date on the status of the house throughout the time. He used the most up to date technology to advertise the property. The 3D virtual tour was the bomb. Overall I give Paco five out of five stars for making my experience feels like a walk in the park. I would do business again with Paco in a heart beat. Thank you for being a great friend.

Paco was a tremendous help to my family and I back in 2016 when we lost our home. Not only was it a difficult time for us, mentally and emotionally, but it was exhausting having to face the reality of not being able to afford a home where I grew up in most of my life. When Paco came along, he made sure my family and I were going to have a roof over our heads. He would drive from Riverside all the way to the South Bay area about 3-4 times a week to search for affordable home listings, figure out a financial plan, and most of all, have faith that things would all fall into place. I can't think of any other real estate agent who would be willing to help us that much going through that process. Where do I start with Paco The Realtor. He has answer all my questions and he helped me through a tough situation when my father passed away. He helped me set up the proper paperwork needed so my mom would have no issues.

Paco represented me in the purchase of a condo. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. He even arranged to have a handyman replace the smoke detectors. He really goes above and beyond. Paco is the best! We were met with challenges due to moving out of state and Paco handled everything that was thrown at him. Selling during the Covid-19 restrictions Paco held a couple of virtual open houses. When potential buyers wanted to come view our house he made sure they were pre-qualified. (with the new bank standards) and ready to close by our time frame. We did have an indecisive buyer and Paco walked us through how to move on to the next buyer seamlessly!
