Are Realtors Treating Their Clients Like They Met on eHarmony or Tinder?
With more real estate transactions falling out of escrow, there's a bigger conversation we need to have about how Realtors represent their clients. One of the biggest reasons transactions fall apart is inspection issues and requests for repairs. But does that mean buyers are being unreasonable? Or are sellers sometimes unwilling to negotiate? Here's my perspective: **As Realtors, we're married to the client, not the transaction.** Our job isn't to push every deal across the finish line just to collect a commission. It's to protect our clients, educate them, negotiate on their behalf, and sometimes advise them to walk away. Because real estate should be about long-term relationships, not one-time transactions. **So here's my question to my fellow Realtors: Are we building relationships like eHarmony, or just looking for the next transaction like Tinder?** #PacosPerspective #RealEstateTruth #RealtorLife #RealEstateAdvice #HomeBuying #HomeSelling #InlandEmpireRealEstate #PacoTheRealtor
