So, I'm in South Corona, Horse Thief Canyon today as I am previewing a property for a potential buyer who's been looking in the Corona area. Requirements under $650,000, uh, three bedroomedroom, not high HOA, um, and it be a newer home. Um, we were originally looking in Riverside, but uh, the homes in that area in that price point were just a little too old for her. So, we switched it up and now we are in South Corona. Let's take a look. So, this home uh, was built in the last 15 years. 649,000 3bedroom, two bath about 16 11 or 1,700 square ft.
